CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer EC 34 (34/15/90°)

With the head tube reamer, featuring an inner diameter of 30 mm and a milling depth of 15 mm, it is possible to create perfectly level and coaxial cup seats on the head tube for installing the classic headset, i.e., with external cups.

Nomenclature according to the new identification system S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System):

• EC (External Cup) = classic headset with external cups


• ZS (Zero Stack) = semi-integrated headset


• IS (Integrated Standard) = integrated headset

Attention: a complete tool requires the head tube reamer holder (art. 720211) and the conical guide (art. 720943).

Tips:

• Before milling, remove any chrome plating on the frame to prevent premature wear of the reamer.


• After milling, it may be necessary to remove sharp edges with a file.


• After use, clean the reamer and store it in a safe place.
