Cutter for machining the contact surfaces of disc brake calipers for Flatmount, Postmount, and IS2000 mounts.

Important note: The carbide inserts are aligned and calibrated with each other. Loosening, rotating, or changing the position of the inserts may compromise the precision of the milling result.

• Apply light pressure when milling the disc brake mount.


• Do not use cutting oil.


• Replace the cutters on the cutter body.


• Caution: left-hand thread. Remove the cutters by turning them clockwise.


• Width between planes: 17 mm, maximum width 4 mm.


• When installing the cutters, screw them in by hand until fully seated, taking care of the slightly protruding inserts to avoid damage.
