CYCLUS TOOLS snap.in Brose - Tool for Brose electric motor lock nut, model Z8 37.1
This lock nut extractor is designed for the assembly and disassembly of lock nuts on Brose e-bike motors. To ensure safe transmission of the required tightening torque, the tool is secured to the motor axle via its integrated guide and connected to the nut using a push-pull mechanism.
The teeth are made with a reinforced shape, thicker than standard. This allows the tool to apply high torques when loosening or tightening the lock nut, without risk of slipping.
The tool can be used with the snap.in tool holder (item no. 7202750) or with a 32 mm combination wrench. During tightening, pay attention to the torque recommended by the manufacturer. To check the torque, use a 3/8'' torque wrench (item no. 720115).
Note: The lock nut extractor cannot be used with power tools.
