For installing and removing the lock nut, for example on: Pinion MGU, Pinion Gear Box C and P lines.

The assembly tool features an integrated guide that screws securely onto the motor shaft. This ensures a secure, non-slip grip and the ability to operate with one hand. The tool then engages with the teeth of the lock nut via a pull-and-turn mechanism. In this way, the fixed tool can transmit the high tightening torques required to loosen and tighten the lock nut.

For use, we recommend the snap-in holder (item number 7202750 or 7202749) from Cyclus Tools. The special handle arrangement ensures maximum safety during work. Alternatively, the assembly tool can be used with a 32 mm wrench.

When tightening the lock nut, observe the tightening torque specified by the manufacturer. For this purpose, use a 3/8'' torque wrench (item number 720115).
