CYCLUS TOOLS snap.in lock ring removal tool compatible with Bafang Z16 42.8

For installing and removing the lock ring, for example on: Bafang M420. This removal tool is used to assemble and disassemble the lock rings of Bosch e-bike motors. To ensure that the required torque forces are transmitted safely, the tool is fixed to the motor axle via its integrated guide and connected to the lock ring by means of a push and pull mechanism. In this way, the tool can apply high torque when loosening or tightening the lock ring, ensuring slip-free operation.

The tool can be used together with the snap.in tool holder (art. 7202750) or a 32 mm combination wrench. When tightening, pay attention to the torque recommended by the manufacturer. To check the torque, use a 3/8'' torque wrench (art. 720115).

Note: The removal tool cannot be used with power tools.
