CYCLUS TOOLS Chainring´r – Chainring Bolt Pliers – Includes Insert D (Shimano)

Professional tool for quick and easy removal and installation of chainrings. It can be used with the crankset still mounted on the bicycle. On one side there is a guide for inserting an Allen or hex key (7 mm diameter), while on the other side there is a housing for different inserts, depending on the standard of the crankset bolt being worked on.

Note: This tool is supplied with the ''D'' insert (featuring 2 notches, 1.5 mm thick) for all standard Shimano chainrings.

Inserts (A to E) are also available for this tool, allowing the replacement and tightening of chainrings with other profiles (Campagnolo, Miche, SRAM):

• Insert ''A'' (720322) – Constant 1.0 mm notch, separate piece for chainring bolt mounting pliers (code: 720327). For Campagnolo carbon cranksets (Chorus / Record / Super Record).


• Insert ''B'' (720323) – 2.0 mm notch, separate piece for chainring bolt mounting pliers (code: 720327). For Miche cranksets (Team / Pista / Evo / Young).


• Insert ''C'' (720324) – 5 mm hex, separate piece for chainring bolt mounting pliers (code: 720327). For SRAM/Truvativ cranksets (XX / X0 / X9 / X7 / X5 / S1400 / S1000) and FSA (K-Force Light / SL-K / Gossamer / Afterburner).


• Insert ''D'' (720325) – 2 notches, 1.5 mm, separate piece for chainring bolt mounting pliers (code: 720327). For Shimano cranksets (Dura Ace / Ultegra / 105 / XTR / XT / LX / Deore).


• Insert ''E'' (720326) – 2 notches, 1 mm, separate piece for chainring bolt mounting pliers (code: 720327). For Campagnolo square-taper, Campagnolo Pista, SRAM X-Four, Shimano Dura Ace Pista cranksets.
