CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer IS 42/3.0/45°, replacement part. With this head tube reamer, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 42 mm and a reaming depth of 3.0 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 45°. The reamer allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats inside the head tube. Individual reamers have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The code indicates the type of headset and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).

Includes: one single reamer.
Note: For a complete tool, it is also necessary to order the head tube reamer holder (item code: 720211) and the conical guide (item code: 720943). Always rotate only clockwise. Use a suitable cutting oil during reaming.
