CYCLUS TOOLS head tube cutter IS 42/6.0/45°, replacement part. With this head tube cutter, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 42 mm and a milling depth of 6.0 mm for installing an integrated headset. The angle of the bearing seats is 45°. The cutter allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats inside the head tube. The individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The designation consists of the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
