CYCLUS TOOLS head tube cutter IS 41.7/2.3/36°, replacement part. The head tube cutter can be used to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 41.7 mm and a milling depth of 2.3 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 36°. The cutter allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats inside the head tube. Individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The designation consists of the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
