With the head tube cutter, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 44 mm and a milling depth of 6.5 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 36°. The cutter allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats in the head tube. Individual cutters are named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature, which is based on the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, e.g., EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
