CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer EC 49:6 (49:6/15/90°), replacement part. With the head tube reamer, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an internal diameter of 41.7 mm and a milling depth of 15 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 90°. The cutter allows creating planar and coaxial bearing seats inside the head tube. The individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The code indicates the headset type and the corresponding head tube internal diameter, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
