CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer 44/6.0/45°, replacement part. With the head tube reamer it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 41.7 mm and a milling depth of 6.0 mm for the installation of an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 45°. The cutter allows for creating flat and coaxial seats in the head tube. The individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The designation consists of the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
