CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer ZS 66 (66/14.7/45°). With the head tube cutter, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 44 mm and a milling depth of 8.2 mm for installing a semi-integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 45°. The cutter ensures precise, flat, and coaxial head tube seats.

The new naming system (S.H.I.S. - Standardised Headset Identification System) has been used to identify the individual cutters. It consists of the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube (e.g., EC 34). EC (External Cup) indicates the traditional headset, ZS (Zero Stack) the semi-integrated headset, and IS (Integrated Standard) the integrated headset.
