CYCLUS TOOLS head tube cutter IS 1 1/2'' (52/7.4/45°), replacement part.
With the head tube cutter, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 52.0 mm (1 1/2'') and a milling depth of 7.4 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 45°. The cutter allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats in the head tube. The individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System), which includes the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).
