CYCLUS TOOLS Head tube reamer 1 1/4'' IS 47 (47/7.4/45°) - Replacement cutting head. With this head tube reamer, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 47.0 mm (1 1/4'') and a reaming depth of 7.4 mm for installing an integrated headset. The bearing seat angle is 45°. The reamer allows for creating flat and coaxial bearing seats in the head tube. Individual reamers are named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System). The designation consists of the headset type and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).

Note: For a complete tool, you also need to order the head tube reamer holder (item code: 720211) and the conical guide (item code: 7209426). Always rotate only clockwise. Use a suitable cutting oil during reaming.
