The CTRL Trail clipless pedals have an adjustable Q-factor in 4 mm increments. Inside the pedal there is a stainless steel spindle, three bearings, and two spacers that can be repositioned to achieve Q-factors of 51, 55, or 59 mm. This operation is simple enough to be performed at home by anyone. A spacer kit, including four 2 mm spacers, is available for even more precise Q-factor adjustment.
